Amend a declaration

There are several conditions for amending the declaration:

The chosen declaration must be in state "Approved" or "Rejected".

Submission of the particular declaration form is still available according to the available submission period for the corresponding tax period.

To amend a declaration you can choose one of two ways:

1. An amendment from the list of applicable declarations (menu item “Declaration → Declaration forms history”).

1.1. Select menu "Declarations → Fill declaration". A list of saved declarations’ and a filter for choosing new declarations are opened (see Figure 36).

1.2. Choose a declaration you want to amend.

1.3. Click [Amend data] button. The system uploads data and opens it in the latest version template of the same declaration form (see Figure 37).

2. An amendment from the list of declaration forms history:

2.1. Open a list of submitted declarations history and find the declaration you want to amend (for more details see chapter 5.6. View declarations' history).

2.2. When a form for data preview is loaded (see Figure 40) click button [] in a Filler toolbar. Declaration data is opened for amendment.

Next steps are the same for both ways of amendment:

3. Amend data. Then proceed with next steps:

3.1. To save the entered data click button [ ] (Save).

3.2. Click button [Attachments], to upload required attachments. Detailed instructions how to upload attachments are given online in a filler help (see Annex 1).

3.3. Click button [] (validate) to validate registration form fields and attachments. System checks if all mandatory attachments are uploaded and all required fields are filled in with appropriate information.

3.3.1. If there are any errors or warnings found, the system displays them in an errors’/warnings’ window. Click on the particular error/warning to be redirected to the related data field.

4. If all data is valid and correct click button [Submit]. If you’ve escaped step 3.3 validation is done automatically. And you have to correct incorrect data.

5. After successful submission registration state is set to Submitted and processing. The declaration can be found in a list of declaration forms history (see Figure 38).

6. When a decision is made to submitted declaration amendment the system sends you an e-mail and an information message informing about:

6.1. Approval. In this case declaration’s state is set to Approved. Another amendment can be made.

6.2. Or rejection. In this case rejection reason is included into an e-mail and information message. Declaration state is set to Rejected.
